Guide [Question deleted]

Hi,

I'm trying to use guide module for my course but every time I try to render my questions, I receive the message "question deleted"
When I try using the course builder default module works perfectly.
I've checked the code and the problem seems to be related to "name_space" not being setup or retrived correctly on guide module.

Can anyone help me?
