Set up error for hCaptcha on wordpress site

Hello there,

We use the free plugin for our WordPress website.

It is producing an error on a few of the pages under one of the forms. I will provide a screen shot and a couple of URLs that it is found below. Please advise.

The message shown below the form means that hCaptcha cannot initialize because JavaScript errors are already occurring on the page. The browser console in the screenshots shows an error involving MutationObserver that originates from other code running on the website, not the hCaptcha plugin itself. Unfortunately, the hCaptcha plugin cannot correct errors in a theme, another plugin, or custom site scripts. Please ask your website developer to identify and fix the JavaScript error first. You can usually isolate this on a staging site by temporarily disabling other plugins and switching to a default WordPress theme.

After fixing the console errors, clear any WordPress, server, and CDN caches, then test the form again. If hCaptcha still doesn't load when the browser console is free of errors, let us know and share the updated console output—we will be happy to investigate further.
