Overload of nodes metadata in python version.

Only expected to see a few nodes but instead see each objects metadata too. Attached is a screenshot and JSON Source export. This was using one of the python examples.

You provide too little information, where is the source code?

Probably the problem is that the current version for Python only works correctly if the json object is passed as a string. See #241
