Java version of versioned base image 3.51 is 21 and not 17

What do you think needs to be updated?

The description for version 3.51 states The current Java™ version is Java™ 17. but it should be The current Java™ version is Java™ 21. since the Java version in the images was upgraded.
This can clearly be seen by the version output below:
Java version: 21.0.4, vendor: IBM Corporation, runtime: /usr/local/jdk21
