Integrate packaged visual acceptance and Linux menu with current desktop transport #2123

Description

@integry

Integrate the existing packaged desktop visual/accessibility harness and Linux menu correction into the current top desktop epic after transport PR #2035 lands. Preserve the full requirements of issue #2044 and reuse PR #2045's delta from 1074279 to 9862a4e. Also include the small packaged-Linux stock-menu removal from #2090 at 099b4e9. This is integration, not a redesign.

Start from the current top branch. The old UX head has many unrelated stale files; do not wholesale replace current transport files. Retain current exact-loopback CSP, live renderer ownership, bearer/cookie stripping, credential lifecycle, pairing deadlines, ProPR Connect recovery, current App/DesktopExperience entry, and consolidated packaged smoke implementation. Do not resurrect deleted packaged-transport-smoke.ts or broad http:/ws: CSP.

Layer the existing acceptance assets, fixtures, authorization, zoom bridge, redacted evidence callbacks, scope-triggered current-user refresh, lifecycle instrumentation, Playwright/axe/OCR runner, and artifact verification onto current interfaces. Preserve the current titlebar readiness requirement (authenticated REST user plus connected socket), current transport scope handling, and shutdown sequence. The harness must exercise the real packaged app and produce the specified 60 captures across 12 journeys and five variants with accessibility/keyboard/focus/trace/manifest evidence.

Resolve the existing Linux x64 renderer-lifecycle-evidence-invalid failure through a real combined packaged run. Do not weaken evidence assertions to turn it green. Preserve current workflow/keyring dependencies and add only the necessary acceptance jobs/dependencies; maintain the combined lockfile and approved versions. Another independent task is integrating native artifact lifecycle; keep this change focused and retain both sets of workflow additions when synchronizing.

Validation: focused renderer/current-user/socket/CSP/evidence tests, typechecks, full suite, Mac/Linux package and Connect checks, and the decisive packaged Linux x64 visual/accessibility run. Inspect its rendered artifacts and report any visible issues. Leave PR open for Ultrafix and independent review; do not merge main or close superseded PRs until this integration lands.
