build: ship a self-contained worker bundle

esbuild bundle (engine vendored and inlined; hono/graphql-yoga remain
real npm deps) — deployers' bundlers resolve only standard packages,
never the vendored engine. Verified: the bundle serves the production-
parity corpus (287 systems, kʻartʻuli) through the fetch interface.
