File is not in source control, skipping import. From Caché Studio, how to I add packages and CSP Files to git for commit/push?

Hello,
I have been using https://github.com/intersystems-ru/cache-tort-git, it has few issues so I want to switch to https://github.com/intersystems-ib/cache-git-studio. Now on a clean vm I have installed cache-git-studio and configure required cache-git-studio using ^GITConfig global and configured namespace to use Studio.SourceControl.GIT source control.

I do see Git menu from Caché Studio (Atelier is not an option for me) however I don't see any option to add packages or csp directory/files to git and for any files that I open, I see messages like
/csp/healthshare/xx/footer.CSP is not in source control, skipping import
xx.yy.CLS is not in source control, skipping import

From Caché Studio, how to I add packages and CSP Files to git for commit/push ?

It seems like this plugin can only add single file at a time, to git, from Caché Studio.
There is no way to add entire package or csp directory.

I am having related issues and will update my issue #8 with details.

As for loading an entire package that's in Cache into your git work directory I found you can do the below inside a Cache terminal inside your git namespace:

initLoader.AddClasses("LibStartsWith")

The addclasses code has the following comment:

So here's a routine I wrote that can add all classes starting with a prefix to the source control variable, run this after importing all your code into Cache, then in a Cache terminal inside your namespace run

Filename being whatever the name of the file you put the routine (or create a new one), replace MYLIB with whatever your packages start with.
