Goal
Make project 7 reflect the work already happening across the grant-closeout strands.
Tasks
- Add missing work items for QUERY_SPEC, Zenodo deposition, H3-tier Python/Observable dual work, charismatic samples, and sidecar metadata.
- Set realistic project statuses: in-progress for active work, todo for planned docs/audits.
- Link existing docs/issues/PRs where available.
Why
The board is active, but collaborators currently have to infer important work from scattered docs and conversations.
