Download the latest Eclipse installer from https://eclipse.org/downloads/ and save it ~/admin

Untar it and execute it:

  cd ~/admin
  tar xvf eclipse-inst-linux64.tar.gz
  cd eclipse-installer
  ./eclipse-inst

Select 'Eclipse IDE for Java Developers' and install it in ~/admin/eclipse-java

Start Eclipse and create a new workspace at '~/github' (create the directory if you didn't do it yet).

Install the following packages from the main Eclipse repository:

  Help > Install new software > Neon - http://download.eclipse.org/releases/neon

   * Eclipse CVS Client
   * Eclipse Web Developer Tools
   * JavaScript Development Tools
   * PHP Development Tools
   * XML Schema Definition SDK

Add some extra plugins to Eclipse:

  Help > install new software:

   - EclEmma: http://update.eclemma.org
   - PyDev: http://pydev.org/updates
   - HCSS: http://herschel.esac.esa.int/hcss/eclipse
   - HCSS JTag: http://herschel.esac.esa.int/hcss/eclipse_jtag

Install the GLSL shader editor plugin:

  http://sourceforge.net/projects/glshaders/

Copy the files inside the 'plugins' directory to the Eclipse directory '~/admin/eclipse-java/eclipse/dropins/'

Clone the github repositories:

  cd ~/github
  git clone https://github.com/jagracar/grafica.git
  git clone https://github.com/jagracar/grafica.js.git
  git clone https://github.com/jagracar/jagracar.com.git
  git clone https://github.com/jagracar/leaptests.git
  git clone https://github.com/jagracar/software-notes.git
  git clone https://github.com/jagracar/processingSketches.git
  git clone https://github.com/jagracar/kinectSketches.git
  git clone https://github.com/jagracar/OpenCV-python-tests.git
  git clone https://github.com/jagracar/tensorflow-tests.git
  git clone https://github.com/jagracar/ofxGrafica.git
  git clone https://github.com/jagracar/ofxOilPaint.git
  git clone https://github.com/processing/processing.git
  git clone https://github.com/mrdoob/three.js.git

Import all the github projects into Eclipse:

  File > Import > Git > Projects from Git General > Existing local repository

Download Processing and install it in '~/admin/processing'

Create the eclipse-libs directory in the admin directory and copy the processing libs there:

  cd ~/admin
  mkdir eclipse-libs
  cd eclipse-libs
  cp ~/admin/processing/processing-3.0.1/core/library/core.jar .
  cp ~/admin/processing/processing-3.0.1/core/library/gluegen-rt.jar .
  cp ~/admin/processing/processing-3.0.1/core/library/gluegen-rt-natives-linux-amd64.jar .
  cp ~/admin/processing/processing-3.0.1/core/library/jogl-all.jar .
  cp ~/admin/processing/processing-3.0.1/core/library/jogl-all-natives-linux-amd64.jar .
  cd ..

Change the build path in the grafica package to include core.jar in the eclipse-libs directory.

Switch Workspace and create a new one in ~/work/pacs/track15.

Download the Herschel packages from the CVS repository (File > new Project > CVS > Projects from CVS).

  CVS info:
