…oved to jt-delivery plugin - docs/workflows/autonomous-delivery-prompt.md: 662 -> 241 lines. Generic par.1-9 deleted (now the jt-delivery:contract skill, v0.1.0 at jetthoughts/claude-plugins); repo keeps the binding: SHIP gate matrix, canon/OKF/ruflo-memory contract additions, reviewer routing, Appendices A-C (byte-identical, md5-verified by reviewer). - .claude/commands/deliver.md deleted - /deliver ships with the plugin. - CLAUDE.md, AGENTS.md, .okf/workflows/autonomous-loops.md pointers updated. - Net deletion covers the contract prose and /deliver. Deliberate residual: repo copies of async-first-communication skill and core agents stay until plugin-agent namespacing is validated in daily use - tracked in OKF log. Reviewer round 2 caught the first commit sweeping 143 unrelated untracked scaffolding files via git add -A; this recommit stages the 7 intended paths. Closes the learning loop for agent routing: pre-bash/post-edit hooks existed but nothing recorded per-agent task outcomes - the signal hooks_route and build-agents need to learn which worker shapes succeed.
