When creating a custom event, the date time fields are in the user's current time zone while the final display on their schedule is in the event's time zone (assuming the "show local time zone" setting is not ON).
eg: to create a 4pm event at DEFCON34 by a user currently in New York, they need to enter 7pm
The behavior could be:
- the entry always uses the conference time zone (which makes sense as the user is likely planning out their schedule)
- the entry form allows specifically time zone (and defaults to the conference time zone)
