Plugins seem to be loading in too early

Certain plugins are breaking, probably because they are loading to early, as pointed out in Zerthox/BetterDiscord-Plugins#107 (comment).

Notable plugins that I've seen are being affected by this:

VoiceEvents by Zerthox

[Strencher]

Is this still a problem?

While trying to replicate the issue again, I noticed bd-compat isn't working at all now, whenever I try to use it I get the following error:

Uncaught (in promise) ReferenceError: process is not defined
    at Object.onStart (kernel://C:\Users\user\Discord\Kernel\packages\bd-compat/dist/renderer.js:2419)
onStart @ kernel://C:\Users\user\Discord\Kernel\packages\bd-compat/dist/renderer.js:2419

That being said, I am not sure if this is still a problem.

The issue mentioned above seems to have been fixed and so has the original issue, thanks for the help!

Nevermind, this seems to be occurring again, not sure why.
