Presets don't auto-update to the latest version, which is good, I think (they include roles, so this could be used to escalate priviledges of users). But the view (https://w3id.org/np/RAc4r5RUaMNUbPCoG3puzt0UZffflbwWd7KZr3qg_vb1s) that is hard-coded on the About pages could include a check for a newer version, add a notice when a new version is available, and offer (to admins) to update to the latest version with a corresponding entry-level action template.
