qa(lastcode): verify Project Actions in the v2 sidebar

Goal

Explicitly human-QA the Project Actions feature in the v2 sidebar. This has not yet been verified as a dedicated v2-sidebar pass (the existing Action Resume tracker, #33, covers implementation improvements rather than this QA surface).

This was identified while designing durable worktree cleanup statuses, so the Project Actions status model and cleanup status model remain distinct.

QA checklist

• A running Project Action appears as Waiting in the v2 sidebar’s top-right status slot.
• The Waiting UI exposes the action name/details popover.
• Running duration is shown and updates correctly.
• Open Terminal works from the action details UI.
• Cancel Action works and the sidebar returns to the correct resulting state.
• The lifecycle is correct: Working → Waiting → Working when the action resumes the thread → Ready.
• Colors and appearance are correct in both light and dark themes.
• Active, selected, and hover states are correct.
• Legacy-sidebar behavior remains intact where applicable; this is a parity check for behavior, not a request to redesign the legacy sidebar.
• Observe remote/reconnect behavior if relevant, including whether Waiting state and eventual resume remain truthful after reconnect.
