feat: add loading/pending state to release/refund buttons

## Summary
Release and Refund buttons currently show no feedback while the transaction is pending. Add a spinner/disabled state.

## Acceptance Criteria
- [ ] Button shows spinner and disables while tx is signing
- [ ] Button shows success/error state after confirmation
- [ ] Prevents double-click submissions
