feat: add network switcher dropdown in UI

## Summary
Add an in-app dropdown to switch between futurenet/testnet without editing `.env`.

## Acceptance Criteria
- [ ] Dropdown shows current network
- [ ] Switching network re-initializes contract client
- [ ] Network persisted in localStorage
- [ ] Connected wallet must match the selected network
