Where can a regular Termux user download the newest recommended Mesa build for a device with the Snapdragon 8 Elite and Adreno 830 GPU?

I am looking for a build that provides the best practical balance of:

• performance,
• rendering correctness,
• compatibility,
• long-term stability.

My intended environment is standard, non-rooted Termux on Android, including graphical applications through Termux:X11. I am particularly interested in OpenGL through Zink and Vulkan through the Turnip driver.

Could you please clarify:
