Describe the repository as nativeapi, the home of every binding

The repository is now libnativeapi/nativeapi (formerly nativeapi-flutter
and nativeapi-workspace). Rewrite the README around the bindings it
holds, point every link, package homepage and the shared Contributing
section at the new name, and bump core for the same README change.
