WiFi Settings: The channels drop-down list shows DFS channels when DFS is disabled

Preconditions:
DFS is disabled.

Steps:

1. Go to Menu > WiFi Settings.
2. Open channel edit dialog.

Actual result:
The channels drop-down list shows DFS channels.

Expected result:
The channels drop-down list should not show DFS channels.
