[Dashboard] Edit mode still work if changing tab to others

Description
Edit mode still enable if changing to other tab instead of finish or cancel on Home page

(not only blue border, also can resize and drop)

Steps

1. Enable edit mode on dashboard
2. Click "Menu"(or "Support") tab
3. Back to dashboard

Current result
Although icon show edit, but Edit mode already enabled(With blue border still and can resize also)

Expected result
Edit mode disabled
