[2.5.0] No option to bypass the No Internet detection page (Router w/o WAN or Router setup using Pair button) #1104

Description

@rosdelga

Model: Retail M60
FW: 1.2.2.26062820 (2.5.0 UI)

Test#1 Pinnacle has no WAN connection.
Issue:
• If router has no WAN connection, when accessing the UI, the No Internet connection page is displayed as expected. However, there is no
option to bypass the page and access UI. Expectation: Should have the option to bypass the page
• If router is connected to an upstream router and you use the Pair button to set it up (Auto-master isn't supported in this scenario), the router
will set up successfully; however, when accessing the UI, it only accepts the admin password and the No internet page is displayed. This
scenario works on all current ISP Pinnacle routers. Expectation: If router is set up via Pair button and LED is solid white, Internet detection
should be successful; it should accept the default password and access the UI.

Details:

  1. Connected a computer to LAN port
  2. Go to 192.168.1.1
  3. Prompts for password-entered admin
  4. Next page is a No internet page, only options available:
    Restart modem
    Enter ISP
    Try again
Expectation: Should have the option to bypass the No internet page
  5. Can't get a sysinfo, once i enter password, it takes me back to the No Internet page.

**Test#2 Setup a Pinnacle successfully using the Pair button with an upstream Oak, however, can't access UI. Get a No Internet connection page.
Modem>Parent Oak (auto-wire onboarding is off)>Parent Pinnacle

Issue:
• Router successfully set up using the Pair button+LED is solid white, but I am stuck on the No internet detected page.
Expectation: Should be able to access UI
• Can’t access fwupdate.html page
Expectation: Should be able to access the page regardless of WAN status
• Can’t access sysinfo.cgi page
Expectation: Should be able to access the page regardless of WAN status

Details:

  1. Pinnacle has been reset; the LED is solid blue. WAN is connected to a LAN port on Oak.
  2. Since Auto-Master is not supported when connected to an existing upstream router, press the pair button to begin setup.
  3. Router has set up successfully. LED is now solid white, and I can get online.
  4. Go to 192.168.1.1> Prompt for password.
Entered default password- does not take it
Entered admin- It works. ***Expectation if router has solid white light, and is online, default password should work
  5. I then get the No internet page again. No options to bypass this page.
Expectation: Router is online with solid white light; I should have access to UI. This works on all current Pinnacle ISP routers.
  6. Can't get a sysinfo, once i enter password it takes me back to the No Internet page.

Test#3 Pinnacle connected directly to modem
*No issues- Able to access UI after router goes through AutoMaster

  1. Connected Pinnacle to modem. Pinnacle has been reset.
  2. Pinnacle completes Auto-Master. Solid white light
  3. Go to 192.168.1.1, prompted for password. Able to use the default WIFI password.
  4. Able to access UI
