Bug description
When I set the panel to auto or intelligently hide it works as it should as long as I don't Alt+Tab. But after Alt+tabbing to another program it does not visually show up anymore. neither with mouse nor with super-key (which regularly shows the menu). I say visually, because both with mouse and super, there is very thin line that pops up where the top of the panel would be. So something is happening, but the panel is not shown.
Also when I Alt+Tab around some more the panel can then be found expanded in another program, where i was not actice during the even that should have shown the panel (mouse or super)
Steps to reproduce
- Set the Cinnamon panel to auto-hide or intelligently hide.
- Close the menu.
- Press Super or mouse to bottom-of-screen. The menu and panel appear correctly.
- Use Alt+Tab to switch to another application.
- Press Super again.
- The menu appears, but the panel remains hidden except for a thin line. same with mouse
- alt+Tab around some more and sometimes the panel is open in another window
Expected behavior
The panel will appear anytime, when i press super or touch the screen-bottom with the mouse pointer.
