Issue with text colour with Mint-Y and Mint-L #547

Description

@fran00mmcc

Good afternoon,

I've had this issue for years using Mint and LMDE.

On Rhythmbox, some text, inside a box located in the bottom-right part of the program (it changes it location if cursor is placed on this box), is not seen depending if a white or black theme is applied. This texts displays some information about number of songs, size of all songs, and total time of songs.

On Mint-Y and Mint-L, on white theme, this text is not seen. On Mint-X and black variants of Mint-Y and Mint-L, text is seen. I've tested this on the blue variant, but this issue happens with all colours.

Here are some screenshots:

  • Mint-Y-Blue (Text on the bottom right part of Rhythmbox is NOT seen)

  • Mint-Y-Dark-Blue (Text on the bottom right part of Rhythmbox is seen)

  • Mint-L-Blue (Text on the bottom right part of Rhythmbox is NOT seen)

  • Mint-L-Darker-Blue (Text on the bottom right part of Rhythmbox is NOT seen)

  • Mint-L-Dark-Blue (Text on the bottom right part of Rhythmbox is seen)

  • Mint-X-Blue (Text on the bottom right part of Rhythmbox is seen)

I remember applying other GTK themes years ago, and this issue didn't exist on them, so I suppose this issue is about how Mint theme manages colours and text, and not Rhythmbox.
