Add uninstall button for SteamTools

Add an uninstall button in the "Mode" tab that removes the SteamTools/BetterSteamTools files from the Steam folder and returns Steam back to normal.

No, there isn't. The only option that appears is a Reinstall button.

There should be an Uninstall button that removes the SteamTools/BetterSteamTools files and restores Steam to its normal state. Right now, the only way to uninstall it is to manually go into the Steam directory and delete the appropriate files. That assumes the user already knows exactly which files need to be removed. If they don't, they're either left with no clear way to uninstall it or risk deleting the wrong files.

This is also just basic UI functionality. If the application provides an Install/Reinstall button, there should be an Uninstall button right alongside it. Users shouldn't have to manually navigate through the Steam folder and figure out which files the installer added just to return Steam to its original state. An uninstall option would make the process much clearer, safer, and more accessible, especially for users who aren't familiar with the file structure.
