Cross-ecosystem agent payments: Solana ↔ EVM via ERC-8004 identity

Clean Solana agent payment protocol — escrow, staking, dispute resolution, delegation. Strong overlap with what Kuberna Labs does on EVM.

Kuberna Labs (https://github.com/kawacukennedy/kuberna-labs) provides cross-chain intent execution for ERC-8004 AI agents. The opportunity: Solana agents (via Agent Protocol) and EVM agents (via ERC-8004) should be able to discover, verify, and pay each other.

Integration surface:

1. An Agent Protocol-registered Solana agent proves its identity to an ERC-8004 agent via zkTLS attestation
2. Cross-chain escrow: a Solana agent hires an EVM agent (or vice versa) with Kuberna's intent settlement handling the multi-ecosystem payment flow
3. Reputation portability: reputation earned on Solana (Agent Protocol staking) anchors to an ERC-8004 identity on EVM
