Stitching RGB triplets

Currently negpy supports stitching frames. But this only works for files that are taken as single-shots.
When using the RGB triplet method, stitching is not working / supported.

For consistent workflows (e.g. prioritizing triplet approach) this would allow medium format to be processed the same way as 35mm.
