Subject: [PATCH] ci: validate every member with mcpp 2026.9.29.5; latest_mcpp
 -> 2026.9.29.5

mcpp 2026.9.29.5 (mcpp-community/mcpp#742) reuses a member's build program across selections, plans the build database by configuration, and reports each build step once with its outcome. It changes no descriptor grammar, and no check in this repository reads the build's human output.
