docs(changelog): say that the escape changes generated controller output
The entry described the escape as reaching only fields with a reserved name, which is true of the record tier and not of the controller: the PATCH loop's key translation is emitted unconditionally, so every generated Spring controller gains an import and a wrapped lookup whether or not the entity declares such a field. That is the sentence an adopter reads to decide whether they must re-run codegen before upgrading, and 1.0.4 set the precedent of saying so explicitly.
