Exclude Microsoft Intune PowerShell from Compliance Policy

Hej,

How can I exclude Microsoft Intune PowerShell from a CAP policy that has an option Require device to be marked as compliant

I've excluded Microsoft Graph PowerShell and Microsoft Intune PowerShell and CAP policy still requests a compliant device.

Anything else I should rule out?
