these two prs introduced foundry prompt agent integration and foundry hosted agent integration. we should update foundry documentation to include new changes.
the doc can be built around the unified playground sample for foundry agents: https://github.com/microsoft/aspire/tree/main/playground/FoundryAgents
we should mention that to use web search on newly foundry projects we need to user WebSerachTool, but we can also use Grounding With Bing tool on older projects that already has that tool configured. the grounding with bing tool cannot be configured on new projects anymore due to changes on foundry.
