[Feature] Support Capacitor for AppCenter CodePush (Solved)

Description

Hot code deploy for Capacitor.

Please check out our fork of this Project for Ionic's Capacitor (version 3+). Since Cordova is EOL, we'd love if you'd consider supporting Capacitor officially.

We already have it working on both iOS and Android platforms.

For users: Try it out and let us know how it goes. Until Capacitor is supported here, please send issue reports or feature requests to the repository below.
