Currently, there is only one license filter, "Open source", which only shows projects using an OSI approved license. This means that public domain licenses don't count because they aren't OSI approved.
Describe the solution you'd like
I propose that a new filter be added, "Libre", which would show projects with a FSF license. SPDX already has such a category; a list can be found at https://spdx.org/licenses/. Because Modrinth already uses SPDX, this would be trivial.
