Allow showing or hiding of "Resolved" comments in the sidebar.
Current Behavior
Currently, resolved comments show up with strikethrough and muted text in between unresolved comments.
A global setting exists to show / hide unresolved comments.
Proposed Solution
Provide a checkbox in the sidebar to show / hide resolved comments.
Context & Motivation
When working on documents for long periods, and with multiple comments, resolved comments showing up between unresolved comments makes it hard to navigate current open issues.
Ideally, a resolved comment should be deleted. However, a paper-trail may be required for some comments, and thus marked as resolved, but not yet deleted.
To allow focusing on unresolved comments, I propose a simple checkbox in the sidebar that decides which comments should be visible in the sidebar.
This is essentially a mirror of the global setting, but allows users quick access to toggle unresolved comments on/off.
