Verified live against `agy` 1.2.0 that this composes correctly with the print-timeout `failure_markers` fix below: the JSON envelope goes to stdout and the print-timeout notice to stderr as two separate streams, so the marker still forces a failure on a non-blank stdout, and the parsed usage (zero, on that path) still comes through rather than being lost to a raw-JSON fallback.
