We need some documentation around how end users can access and use this software pack. How do they get to it from Nebari? How are they expected to use it?
This documentation should follow the nebari documentation guidelines (here). It should use Docusaurus 2 for the build and have the same theme as the nebari docs.
Once we have the content in place, we'll set up netlify for publication.
