Which Nextcloud Version are you currently using: (see administration page)

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently, as an instance grows and has more users, activity notifications can be flooded with information that is not relevant for a user.

Describe the solution you'd like
With a filtering feature, users would be able to configure what activities they really need to be notified about. For example, specific files that the user has "interacted" with, Files that a Team a user is part of have affected, etc.

@nextcloud/designers can we have a more exhaustive list of filters?

• Files with which the user has interacted: maybe based on the list of files that has an activity on which I am the actor.
• Files to which one of the user's team as access: files path that are under list the received team shares

First step would be to support that on the API. Then we can ask a frontender to implement the UI to use those new capabilities.
