Steps to reproduce
- open the administration->guests tab and have the "limit guests access to an app's allowlist" selected
- modify the list using only the drop down menu or by removing some apps clicking the cross next to it
- reload the page
Expected behaviour
the modifications to the app's allowlist should be saved
Actual behaviour
all modifications made are ignored
Workaround
By clicking inside the area holding the app's list and inserting any character (that triggers a filter on the drop down menu), the modifications are saved (indicated by a green pop up on top of the tab and effectively done
