No "funannotate2 check" command?

Currently there is no "funannotate2 check" command.

I found this very useful in funannotate v1 to check for dependencies as per https://funannotate.readthedocs.io/en/latest/dependencies.html

Noted. Lets leave this open for new feature. My attempt here -- largely what I tried to do in f2 is learn from the dependency nightmare I created with f1. So I re-wrote a lot of the external tools so they would do what I needed and fit more cleanly as python packages and installable dependencies. So my hope is that people don't have the same install issues.

But I can see value in a small test/dummy pipeline test, ie something like we run through a full pipeline with a small test set that would identify any install issues. As this is not the easiest thing to do in CI/CD pipelines either due to runtime and resource constraints.
