Mobile task list and completion (PWA)

Most of the people who owe duties are not at a desk. Post-v1 — v1 is M1+M2.

Scope

• My-week list and one-tap completion, sized for a phone.
• @object-ui/mobile: useBreakpoint, useGesture, usePullToRefresh, PWA install.
• Swipe-to-complete with the same undo affordance as the desktop action (One-click completion with undo, and skip-with-reason #4).
• Attachment capture from the camera — optional, as everywhere else.

Known gap — scope this honestly

mobileNavigation was removed in spec 17.0.0 as unimplemented. There is no ready-made mobile navigation shell. The shell is real work in this ticket, or a decision to route mobile through a single stripped screen with no navigation at all. Estimate accordingly and say which you chose.
