What is the maintenance status of this API?

Seeing that nothing has happened here since Oct 2016, I am wondering if this API is still maintained?

There are a few bugs that need to be either attended to or at least explained so that we can work around them.

As he mentioned in http://open-notify.org/Open-Notify-API/People-In-Space/:

I gather and update this data personally as launches and landing occur. There is no official source of data for this kind of thing.
