Implement support for fields operations with float types

For all float numeric go types (see list below), the following validations must be implemented:

• eqfield
• neqfield
• gtefield
• gtfield
• ltefield
• ltfield

Go types

• float32 the set of all IEEE 754 32-bit floating-point numbers
• float64 the set of all IEEE 754 64-bit floating-point numbers
