I was reading through the "Working on UI and apps" documentation as part of the developer guide.
Lots of information is out of date, and should be updated to the latest standards.
For example, Polymer elements are not present in our codebase, nor do we use Material Design anymore.
This issue is about analyzing and updating the documentation where necessary.
