Prepare the app for reliable use during the event, including operations, resilience, privacy, and rehearsal.

Tasks

• Event data administration panel — Decide reset, CSV export, manual edits, and catalog management.
• Observability, backups, and recovery — Decide logs, backups, rollback, and offline export.
• Load and poor-connectivity testing — Decide expected volume, offline behavior, and local cache.
• Privacy, security, and consent — Decide retention, minors' data, multimedia access, and consent.
• Operational staff documentation — Decide role guides, checklist, and incident procedures.
• Full rehearsal with fake data — Decide go/no-go criteria, required roles, and emergency cases.
