fix: decouple Array size and ArrayEditor canvas display size

ArrayEditor display size may be very large if its size is aligned with the size the underlying Array data.
This may be required to avoid data during interpolation from the Qt image to the Array data.

=> find a solution to have a smaller QImage to edit while avoiding interpolation issues
