      <h1>Terms of sale</h1>

      <h2>What you are buying</h2>
      <p>An annual licence to Oxpull Pro, the commercial package that adds unique tasks, batches, workflows and rate limiting to django-ox. It is delivered as a Python package from our private index at <code>https://pypi.oxpull.com</code>, using credentials we issue to you at purchase.</p>
      <p>You are not buying the right to run django-ox. That package is free, public and BSD-3 licensed.</p>
      <h2>Price and what it covers</h2>
      <p>$399 per year, per company, flat.</p>
      <p>The term is 12 months from the date of your order. It renews for successive 12-month terms unless you cancel. Cancel by writing to support@oxpull.com, or from the customer portal on your receipt if your purchase came with one. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for.</p>
      <p>One licence covers your whole organisation and every environment: unlimited developers, machines, projects and workers. No seat count, no activation, nothing metered. It also covers every version we publish while your term runs.</p>
      <p>&quot;Company&quot; means the company on the order plus the entities it controls, controls it, or shares control with. Your contractors and your CI runners are covered while they are working on your systems. The full wording is in the licence.</p>
      <h2>Who you are buying from</h2>
      <p>The software is licensed to you by Oxpull, under the Oxpull Pro commercial licence that ships inside the package.</p>
      <p>Order-form purchases cost $399 per year per company. We invoice you directly within two business days of receiving your order form. To correct or reissue a direct invoice, ask at support@oxpull.com.</p>
      <p>Some purchases go through our payment processor, which acts as merchant of record and authorised reseller. It takes payment, issues the invoice and handles tax. For those purchases, its buyer terms cover the payment; we license the software under our own terms.</p>
      <p>For merchant-of-record purchases, edit invoices, VAT numbers and billing addresses in the customer portal linked on your receipt.</p>
      <h2>What happens when a licence ends</h2>
      <p>Software you have already installed keeps working. Permanently.</p>
      <p>There is no licence check in Oxpull Pro, no telemetry and no network call from it to us. When a licence ends, the index credentials stop serving new installs. Running code, deployed artifacts and existing images are untouched. Your right to keep running the versions you installed during the term does not expire.</p>
      <p>What you lose is the ability to install, and access to versions published after your term. Your production does not notice.</p>
      <h2>Support</h2>

      <p>We do not commit to a response time. One person answers, and in practice that is quick, but we would rather not print a number we have not committed to holding.</p>
      <h2>Security reports</h2>
      <p>Send security reports to support@oxpull.com. We read that mailbox and reply.</p>
      <p>For django-ox, the free package, use the GitHub advisory process described in its SECURITY.md.</p>
      <h2>The index</h2>
      <p>We give no uptime commitment for the private index, and none is needed. The index is not in your runtime path. It serves installs. If it is unavailable, your workers carry on and you cannot install a new version until it is back.</p>
      <h2>Export and sanctions</h2>
      <p>You will not use Oxpull Pro, or make it available to anyone, in breach of applicable export control or sanctions law.</p>
      <h2>Changes</h2>
      <p>We may change these terms for future purchases and future terms. The terms you accepted apply for the term you paid for. This page carries the date it last changed.</p>
