Date selector forward/backward buttons does not work occasionally

This seems to telated to time change. Around dates where it happens the calculation of the next date is incorrect.

Can be reproduced when seletcing 27th october 2024 and then try to step to the 28th.

The issue seems to be that the method DateTime.add, which is used to step forth, doesn't calculate the next day correctly when local times are used.

It is adviced tonuse utc internally instead.

Points/questions:

• All entries in the database must be migrated.
• Show local time only for display, but internally use only utc?
• Has the utc time to be configured in some way to work properly?
