SendButton - Replace icon

Description

Replace PaperPlaneIcon when RH Ui Send icon becomes available for consumption - this is currently in Figma, but not available in React.

When we replace this icon, can we also revert back to the default icon button state styling? It'll still get a custom brand blue send icon color on default but on hover and clicked, the icon itself will revert back to the regular icon color token with the action/plain bkg styling that comes out of the box with the icon button.
