Adjust drawer to support new page work - React

[patternfly-jira-sync]

The goal of this work is to implement in React, mainly:

• Add props for pf-m-viewport on drawer

• Make sure optional .pf-v6-c-drawer__content works with React context/refs/resizing

• Add example of drawer after page with pf-m-viewport on drawer and with optional .pf-v6-c-drawer__content

• Add tests
