[PRD4] Integrate nested navigation and Command Palette regression site #3

Description

@Vonng

Consumer integration for theme epic pgsty/oink#11.

Outcome

Adopt and exercise PRD 4 in a real multi-root, bilingual consumer site without coupling content rollout to incomplete theme internals.

Phase A — after navbar/sidebar support

  • Configure Docs, Blog, and Project roots using native Hugo menus.
  • Add one-level nested top navigation with descriptions/icons and at least one external link.
  • Set params.ui.sidebar_icon_policy: groups explicitly.
  • Add one deliberate deep-menu fixture in a non-production test config to verify warning/degradation.

Phase B — after search/actions/Palette support

  • Add representative search_keywords, inherited search_boost, and exclusion aliases.
  • Add localized custom URL commands and built-in action references.
  • Exercise Copy/View Markdown, edit/issue URLs, theme/language/version switches, and print.

Acceptance criteria

  • EN/ZH home, Docs, Blog, and Project routes build and navigate under root and subpath deployment.
  • Search indexes remain language-separated and meet the agreed size budget.
  • Desktop, mobile, keyboard, and screen-reader regression matrix passes.
  • Flat-menu compatibility is retained in a legacy fixture.
  • Search-disabled and print builds contain no Palette runtime.
  • No default telemetry request is observed.
  • Work is delivered in two phases aligned with the theme dependency graph.
