Follow-up of the no-downstream-references rule (CLAUDE.md): sweep the HISTORICAL mentions of downstream consumers still present in MIGRATIONS.md (older entries, repo-name tables), README examples, code comments and test fixtures, replacing them with neutral placeholders (example.com domains, "a downstream project"). The rule PR only scrubbed the recent additions. Acceptance: grep -riE '<the known consumer lexicon>' MIGRATIONS.md README.md modules/ config/ returns nothing sensitive.
